Pacific Sea Salt is slow smoked over real Alderwood giving its authentic clean smoke flavor with no strange aftertaste. Salish comes from the Native Americans who are known as the first inhabitants of the Pacific Northwest. For hundreds of years, Alderwood has been used to smoke salmon and other meats. Alderwood’s Smoky undertones let’s the rich flavor speak for itself. Cracked black peppercorns, garlic and a balance of delightful citrus notes are added to finish out this specialty rub.
