A flaky sea salt that utilizes sweet Applewood to fuel the fires that flavors this naturally smoked sea salt. Aged Applewood is one of the most popular of the fruit woods used in smoking and creates a delicious, savory flavor. Yakima Applewood has a mild and fruity flavor. For this blend, we have taken the naturally sweet aromatic flavor of Applewood and paired it together with herbs, spices, fruity berries and toasted onion. The result is a rounded medium smoke flavored rub with a touch of sweetness!
