Sel Gris French Grey Salt
One of the most well-known French Sea Salts harvested from clay-lined salt ponds in the Guérande region of France. The soft grey crystals are rich in minerals and its crunchy texture works well with grilled and braised meats, roasted potatoes and other root vegetables. The Tamise` size is great for cooking, baking and topping confections and can be used as a substitute for everyday table salt.
